• From M9 take Carlow (North) exit and follow signs for Carlow.
• Entering Carlow at Deerpark roundabout take the 2nd exit (straight).
• At Dr Cullen Road roundabout take the 3rd exit sign posted Portlaoise onto Dr Cullen Park Road.
• Dr Cullen Park GAA grounds will be on your right-hand side. Take the next right turn onto Oak Park Road sign posted for Teagasc.
• Continue straight, under stone archway. Co Carlow Rugby Club will be on your right-hand side.
• At Y junction veer left, sign posted for Teagasc.
• Entering Oak Park through the farm yard follow the signs for Crop Science building.

From Tullow/Wexford

• Entering Carlow at Tullow Road roundabout take the 3rd exit onto O’Brien Road(N80)
• Continue straight through Hacketstown Road roundabout (2nd exit)
• At Deerpark roundabout take 1st exit on Dublin Road
• At Dr Cullen Road roundabout take the 3rd exit sign posted Portlaoise onto Dr Cullen Park Road.
• Dr Cullen Park GAA grounds will be on your right-hand side. Take the next right turn onto Oak Park Road sign posted for Teagasc.
• Continue straight, under stone archway. Co Carlow Rugby Club will be on your right-hand side.
• At Y junction veer left, sign posted for Teagasc.
• Entering Oak Park through the farm yard follow the signs for Crop Science building.

From Portlaoise

• Entering Carlow at Portlaoise Road roundabout take 1st exit.
• Continue straight through roundabout at Talbot Hotel.
• Take 2nd exit at Sleaty Road roundabout.
• At Athy Road roundabout take 2nd exit
• Continue straight until you reach the pedestrian traffic lights. Turn left immediately after lights onto Oak Park Road.
• Continue straight, under stone archway. Co Carlow Rugby Club will be on your right-hand side.
• At Y junction veer left, sign posted for Teagasc.
• Entering Oak Park through the farm yard follow the signs for Crop Science building.

From Waterford/Kilkenny

• From M9 exit at Junction 5. At roundabout take 1st exit on N80 sign posted for Portlaoise.
• At Tullow Road roundabout take 3rd exit on O’Brien Road (N80)
• Continue straight through Hacketstown Road roundabout (2nd exit)
• At Deerpark roundabout take 1st exit on Dublin Road
• At Dr Cullen Road roundabout take the 3rd exit sign posted Portlaoise onto Dr Cullen Park Road.
