Welcome to the Animal Bioscience Centre

The Animal Bioscience Centre is a major new initiative to expand Teagasc’s capacity for bioscience research within its animal science research programme. This new centre will involve significant capital investment in new state-of-the-art laboratories, offices and ancillary facilities.

The Animal Bioscience Centre has already recruited some new staff who have joined a core of existing Teagasc staff, and over the coming months, several additional scientists will join the centre. There will be future opportunities for new permanent scientific staff, as well as post-graduate students and post-doctoral researchers.
